Flash and Robin are on Riddlers and Captain Boomerangs trail. Riddler is keeping the Flash at bay by dropping of multiple clues to keep them busy. Peril almost strikes when they uncover a vanful of boombox's being handed out to innocent civilians with one bomb hidden. However, a certain passer-by offers a helping hand.
